Private training session once a week focused on technique, progressive loading, education, and conditioning
Personalized training plan delivered daily via Resolve app
Access to Open Gym for additional coaching/training

Small Group Training Membership
Focused on strength and conditioning, this program is perfect for post-rehab clients, as a supplement to other training programs, or for anyone seeking to boost their fitness with safe, effective, and fun programming.

Group sessions 1, 2, 3, or 4 times per week.
Balanced and challenging training plan designed around your current level of knowledge, abilities, and goals
Train with a max of 5 other people
Strength testing to assess progress and inform next steps
